Hours: Monday 4-8pm, Tuesday 4-6pm, Weds 4-8pm, Friday 4-8pm

I have over 3 years experience working with a variety of clients from Infantry Soldiers in their fight camps to post-natal & weight loss clients right through to parents and their kids wanting to get fit together. I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to fitness, and i’m passionate about working closely with my clients to find the most successful way to get them to their goals without going to any extremes!
